Welcome to Googllaw!

These Terms apply to your use of Googllaw.

When you create a Googllaw account or solicit attorneys, you accept these terms.

Therefore, these Terms constitute an agreement between you and Googllaw Limited Liability Company.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Googllaw resource

We agree to provide you with the Googllaw resource.

The resource contains all the functions, services, technologies and software of Googllaw, which we provide to promote our mission - to provide communicative communication between lawyers and clients.

Resource services:

for customers:

  • access to the dossier database;
  • selection of a lawyer on request;

for lawyers:

  • review requests to lawyers;
  • placement of dossiers in the regions.

Data usage policy

The service does not provide general access to the login and password information used for registration in the lawyer`s office, as well as the details of bank data entered to access the service.

Your obligations

In exchange for our commitment to provide you with a resource to use, we require you to make the following commitments.

Who can use Googllaw

We want our service to be as open and comprehensive as possible for clients, but we also want it to be reliable and safe for lawyers.

Therefore, to use the services of our service, you must comply with certain restrictions.

  • You should not be deprived of the right to receive any component of our resource in accordance with applicable law or to use the resource related to payments, if you are included in the relevant list of persons who are prohibited from carrying out export operations.
  • You do not have to own an account that we have previously disabled for violating the law or any of our policies.

You must be at least 14 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to make a request to lawyers.

To gain access to the services in the attorney`s office, you must have a valid license to conduct independent professional advocacy to represent, represent and provide other legal assistance to a client in the region where you intend to access the services in which you intend to obtain.

How can you not use Googllaw

Providing a secure and open resource to the general public requires each of us to contribute.

  • You may not impersonate another person, provide inaccurate information, or create an account and request lawyers for someone else unless you have obtained direct permission from that person;

  • You may not commit any illegal, deceptive or fraudulent act or any act with an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not violate or assist or encourage others to violate these Googllaw Terms or Privacy Policy.
  • You may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the resource.
  • You may not attempt to create accounts or access or collect information improperly. In particular, this includes the creation of accounts or the collection of information in an automated manner without our direct permission.
  • You may not attempt to buy, sell or transfer any information that becomes known to you as part of your use of the resource.
  • You may not require, collect or use other users` credentials or badges.
  • You may not publish personal or confidential information or do anything that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
  • You may not provide inaccurate information about yourself when completing a lawyer`s file;
  • You may not violate generally accepted rules of conduct during communication and statutory rules of life;

Permissions you give us

As part of our agreement, you provide us with the permissions you need to provide you with the resource.

Lawyer rating

Rating is a scaled user score that cannot be greater than 5.

The client has the right to evaluate the lawyer in case of response of the relevant lawyer to his request and by marking from 0 to 5.

When registering a lawyer, a rating is determined that corresponds to ten maximum points.

The lawyer`s rating score is expressed on a scale of 3.5 to 5 points.

Denial of access or termination of access to the service

  • We may deny or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe that your actions violate these Terms of Use, our policies, or if permitted or required by applicable law. We may deny you access or terminate your access to the Service in whole or in part (including by deleting or disabling your account) in order to protect our community or services, or if you run the risk of prosecuting us in violation of the Terms. use or our policies if you have intentionally provided inaccurate information about yourself or if permitted or required by applicable law.If we take steps to reject or delete your account, we will notify you if necessary. Features of using the service

The lawyer and the client choose each other independently.

The request to lawyers is available to all users who have access to the region.

Googllaw is not a party to the contract between the lawyer and the client, but only creates the conditions for their communication.

Access to services for lawyers may be paid and according to the tariff set by the service.

For the purposes of work in the lawyer`s service a unique QR-code is formed, which will be public.

Who is responsible if something happens.

  • Our service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee its safety or that it will work flawlessly at all times.
  • We also do not control what people or others do or say, and we are not responsible for their (or your) actions, behavior (both online and in real life) or content (including illegal or unwanted content). We are not responsible for the services or features that other people offer, even if you interact with them through our resource.
  • The responsibility we bear for everything that happens on our resource is limited to the extent permitted by law. If we have a problem with our resource, we don`t know what the consequences will be. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss of profits, income, information or data; for any indirect damages, actual damages due to special circumstances, penalties or incidental damages incurred in connection with or relating to these Terms. This also includes cases where we delete content, information, or an account.
How we resolve disputes

If you are a customer, the laws of your country of residence will apply to any claims, grounds of action or disputes between you and us arising out of or in connection with these Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "claim"), and you may settle your claim. in any competent court of the country having jurisdiction to hear such action. In all other cases, you agree that the claim should be resolved in the Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv, and you agree that the laws of Ukraine govern these Terms and any claim without regard to the rules of conflict of laws.

We are always grateful for feedback or other suggestions, but we can use them without any restrictions or obligations to pay you for them. We are under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

We may change our service and these Terms.

Changes to these Terms may be posted on the site.

If you continue to use the Service, you will be required to comply with the updated Terms. If you do not accept these or any updated Terms, you may delete your account.
